Shipping and Orders

How to check my order?

Please register an account on our website before making an order. You will receive order information and shipping information through the email account you use to register.

How to cancel my order?

Please contact support@wattsaving.com before your order is shipped out if you don't want this product any more.

If your order is already shipped out, please contact the delivery company to refuse to receive it.

If you receive it and want to return it, please contact us for shipping address. You need to pay for the shipping cost. Once we receive the product you send back, we will manage the refund as soon as possible.

How long is the shipping time?

Usually your order will be shipped out in 48h. You will receive the tracking information in your email. Once your order is picked up by the delivery company, the shipping time depends on them).

Shipping Policy


All orders are shipped from our warehouse in the US.

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not included due to the inability of our shipping couriers.). 

P.O. Box and APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not available because of the size of the package.


Shipping Time: 

FREE Standard Shipping: 1-3 days processing time + 3-7 business days delivery.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.


Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped out.

For orders in transit, please check the shipping information on the logistics company website (UPS or FedEx) by the tracking number.


Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if your order is already shipped out.

International Shipping Policy

Currently, we do not ship outside the U.S.

Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@wattsaving.com. Please do not return the product without contacting us.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@wattsaving.com.

Warranty Service

Limited Warranty

Wattsaving.com provide a 2-year limited warranty to the original customers those have purchased from our official online store directly. The warranty period is measured starting on the date of purchase.

This warranty statement sets forth Wattsaving's total and exclusive warranty obligation. We will not assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us, any other liability in connection with the sale of our products.


How to claim warranty?

For orders placed on Wattsaving.com directly, the warranty will be active on the date of purchase. For orders purchased from our official Amazon store, please register with your Amazon order number claim warranty at: www.wattsaving.com


Wattsaving's warranty does not apply to:

  • Misused, abused, modified, damaged by accident, or used for anything other than normal consumer use as authorized in GosWatt's current product literature.
  • Attempted repair by anyone other than an authorized facility or operation not in accordance with the official instructions or manuals.
  • Items purchased from unauthorized resellers.
  • Not able to provide valid proof of purchase.

Product FAQ

Level 2 EV Chargers

Can I install this charger by myself?

For US10 EV charger:

If you already have a NEMA type outlet, you can easily install this EV charger by yourself by following the installation guide. If you need to install a NEMA outlet, you have to hire a licensed electrician or find a certified installer on our website.

For US12 EV charger:

you have to hire a licensed electrician or find a certified installer on our website.

Can the Wattsaving EV charger charge all EVs on the road?

Yes, Wattsaving EV Charger work with almost electric vehicles and plug-in hybrid models. But you'll need a J1772 to Tesla adapter when charging Tesla vehicles with Wattsaving EV chargers. 

What do NEMA 14-50 and NEMA 6-50 mean? 

NEMA 14-50 and NEMA 6-50 are two types of 50A electrical plugs that Wattsaving uses. NEMA 14-50 has 4 prongs and NEMA 6-50 has 3 prongs. If you do not already have the electrical receptacle installed, we recommend contacting your electrician to verify what type of receptacle is best for your home before purchasing the charger. 

How long will it take to fully charge my car?

This varies according to the maximum current output. When the maximum current output is set to 40 Amp it will add approximately 30 miles per hour to your EV or PHEV battery until its fully charged. At 32 Amp it will add approximately 25 miles per hour, 24 Amp will add approximately 18 miles per hour, and 16 Amp adds about 10 miles

Do I need to use any apps or internet to use my Wattsaving US10 EV charger?

Wattsaving US10 level 2 charger work without any internet connectivity or applications. There're 2 charging modes: Plug-and-charge and RFID activate to charge. There will be 2 RFID cards of key tag shape come the package.

My vehicle only draws a maximum of 32 amps. Can Istill use this 40A charger?

Yes, you can. The Wattsaving 40A EV charger can charge all vehicles accept 40A and below. The car will communicate with the charger to determine how much power it requires, and the charger delivers. 

What protection is there against theft of the charger?

It is impossible to completely prevent the charging station from being stolen. But our card activation charging mode can provent others from using your charger.
